Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to join a New Business focused MGA in their London office and help build and maintain Broker relationships by offering a high level of customer service. Quoting on property, casualty, construction and property owners business this is a fast paced environment, offering competitive salaries and bonus.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide brokers with their renewal invites for all products including RPO, CPO, Retail, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Contractors, Tradesman and Commercial Combined, in good time.
• Work through any renewals queries for your panel of brokers in a timely manner
• Action all Mid Term Adjustments and Cancellations for your brokers and clients
• Large case management for renewals over £5,000 and above
• Act as a referral point for Underwriting Assistants within the Team
• Answer phone calls to broker in a professional and friendly manner
• Operate in accordance within the Underwriting License given
• Make use of the Underwriting guide in addition to senior colleagues for a collaborative approach to underwriting
• Take initiative, within the context of the role, to improve work processes and promote overall corporate goals
• Ensure Group trading entities deliver customer outcomes in a compliant manner in accordance with the principals of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
