Our clients are looking for a talented Senior Underwriter to join their London International Broker Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team, working with International Brokers in the vibrant London market.

As a Senior Underwriter, you will provide an outstanding service to customers and brokers.

You'll drive New and/or Existing business and professional relationships, directly contributing to the underwriting profit and loss, trading, and service delivery goals. In addition to this, you'll also be responsible for mentoring and coaching colleagues within the team and creating tailor-made solutions for our customers. This role could be ideal for you if you're a dynamic trader with leadership skills, a strong industry-led background, and a track record of winning new business.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

Underwriting Expertise: Strong knowledge in Property & Casualty with a proven track record of winning and retaining business. Experience in real estate, specialty lines, fleet & motor trade is desirable

Process Improvement: Experience in applying underwriting knowledge to improve processes and procedures.

Regulatory Compliance: Ability to manage underwriting caseload within a regulatory environment.

Business Development: Excellent skills in business development and customer engagement.

Communication & Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a

Diploma in CII or willingness to study for and obtain CII qualifications.
