Our clients are growing their Mid-Market Multi-National proposition – launched in December 2024 – and are looking for someone to help take it to the next level. You’ll lead the design and delivery of global insurance programmes for mid-market businesses, making sure they meet both local and international needs. You’ll work closely with brokers, clients, and colleagues across markets to deliver tailored, compliant solutions. It’s a role that blends technical expertise with commercial drive.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience underwriting multi-national or global programmes, ideally in the mid-market space
- Strong knowledge of property and liability underwriting
- Understanding of international insurance markets and regulatory frameworks
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
